Current dispatch status

Free Standard Shipping to the contiguous United States (48 states), with no minimum purchase. Order processing takes 1–2 business days, shipping transit takes 4–7 business days, and estimated delivery takes 5–9 business days in total. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not business days.

Tracking is supplied with the actual dispatch notification. This page does not generate tracking numbers or claim that an undispatched order is in transit. Use the carrier identified for your shipment.

Finding an existing tracking reference

If an earlier accepted order has a genuine dispatch notice, use its order number, carrier name and tracking reference. Check the email used for that order and its spam folder. A label-created event does not necessarily mean carrier possession.

Checking a carrier record safely

Use the carrier’s official site for a genuine tracking number. Verify the destination and last scan. Do not pay an unexpected “redelivery” charge from an unsolicited link. No carrier is promised here for a future order.

No updates, a delay or a missing delivery

Email [email protected] with the order number, carrier/reference if available, last visible update and a short description. If marked delivered, check the address and safe delivery locations before reporting the issue. A stalled scan alone does not establish that the item is lost.

Damage, incorrect contents or cancellation

Preserve the item, packaging and labels and provide relevant photos. See Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy. Do not mail a parcel before a receiving destination is authorized.
